It doesnt matter how you sleep the night before or how much you sleep you get... all that matter's is that the one time when you want to wake up (regardless of sleep deprevation, to much sleep, or just the right amount) feeling totally great... you wake up with a headache. It's not fun. It's not amuzing. And it's definately not the best motivator in the world that can get somebody up and going.
